There is going to be women’s professional tennis,Singapore Tennis Open, happening in Singapore in Jan 27 – Feb 2, 2025 at the Kallang Tennis Hub.

While it is not a grandslam event, it still is going to be great to have high level women’s tennis games near us without the need to travel overseas to watch.

I recalled watching the WTA Finals when Singapore used to hold the year end women tennis event in the past which definitely presented some high level of tennis and this would be another great event to catch!

Why should we catch it?
It will be a good opportunity to be exposed to how the game is played at a high level or simply just for entertainment for family or friends bonding. Tennis coaches , players or fans would probably be drawn naturally to the competition to get up close with some popular tennis players such as Emma Raducanu and Anna Kalinskay.

If you’re not a tennis player, it could be a great way to experience the excitement of the atmosphere of hearing the sound and athletism up close and motivate one to pick up the game. There are many people who don’t play but enjoy watching tennis too. The difference is instead of on the television, we can now get it closer in person.

I would be excited to get hold of the chance to get close to some great tennis action and watch how professional players on the tour train and compete. Go catch it!
