What is the forehand?
The forehand is the generally the dominant side where you make a swing with your dominant hand.
Tennis forehand is seen as the easiest stroke to begin with , whether you are a right handed player or left handed player. It should be the most natural swing to start with, for kids and adults. You can try this out on your own at home or on the court.
